It's 4pm on the 17th here in Melbourne, but there's still no download button.
Edit: Ok, if you go to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldcloc...&p1=224&sort=1 It will give you the exact time and date the download starts in your area. I think it's serving a cached page. If you switch the url for the correct link (instead of having it link to firefox=2.0.0.14 or smth, change that version to 3.0) it will work.
Mozilla's site is down for me ATM, but you can still download (and counts towards download day) from this link: http://mozilla.isohunt.com/firefox/releases/3.0/ I'm only doing it to help the record, I still think Opera and Safari > FF
